How to read this file: each family is a regular expression, matched
case-insensitively against the post title plus body. A post counts once per
family if any alternative matches (document frequency). "\b" is a word
boundary; "\w*" allows suffixes; "(?!...)" excludes a following phrase.

Corpus: r/Perimenopause, 2025-08-25 to 2026-08-25, via Arctic Shift.
Negation-stripped column: a match is ignored when a negation cue ("no",
"never", "denies", "without", ...) appears within 60 characters to its left
with no scope terminator between them (NegEx-style).

Changes from v1, found by manually reviewing random match samples:
  - fatigue: "tired of ..." (exasperation idiom) no longer counts as fatigue
  - brain fog: bare "forget*" replaced with cognition-shaped phrases
    ("forgetting words", "forgetful", ...); "forgot to take my meds" no
    longer counts
  - periods/bleeding: "clot*" matched "clothes"; now "clot(s)/clotting" only
  - estradiol patch: "patch" alone matched "rough patch"; now counted only
    in posts that also mention estrogen/hormone context, or a patch brand
